Returning consumers:
Within 30 days after purchase, return request via info@theskincompany.nl
The shipping costs for the return are for your account.
Granted discounts and/or unpaid shipping costs are automatically settled.
Damaged, opened or used products/packaging will not be accepted.
When will I get my money back?
The Skin Company will reimburse all payments from you as a consumer, including any delivery costs charged by us for the returned product, without delay but within 14 days following the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal. The Skin Company uses the same payment method that you have used for reimbursement, unless you agree to another method. The shipping costs of the delivery will not be returned.
I have received a wrong product
If a product has to be exchanged due to a mistake on our part, for example if a wrong product was sent, or due to a defect in a product, then the shipping costs (return + resending) are for our account.
